StartAnARF ("StartAnARF," "we," "us") provides licensing consulting for Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) and Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs) in California, along with family placement assistance. This policy explains what information we collect through startanarf.com and by text message and email, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry: to text you about your timeline, to have a consultant contact you by phone or email, to send you email information about opening a facility or placing a family member, and to run and improve our business. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, we will text the mobile number you provided about your inquiry. See our SMS Terms for how many messages to expect and how to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage), Twilio (sending and receiving text messages), and Resend (sending email). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Marketing and nurture emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe we will not send further emails to that address.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for our business records. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@startanarf.com or calling (562) 222-0942. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access-restricted storage. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
